Description

You will process payroll for US and international employees, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies. You'll handle wage calculations, deductions, tax filings, benefit contributions, record-keeping, and employee support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• FPP or CPP certification desired
• 5+ years of US payroll processing experience, preferably multi-state
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Rippling) and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Process employee wages, salaries, bonuses accurately
• Ensure proper deductions for taxes, benefits, retirement, and other withholdings
• Stay informed about tax regulations and ensure timely filing of payroll tax returns
• Manage benefit deductions and partner with HR for new hire elections
• Serve as point of contact for employee payroll inquiries
