💼 About This Role

You'll perform operations and maintenance on solar power plants near New Brunswick, NJ. You'll ensure solar utility equipment reliability through preventative and corrective maintenance. This role offers local travel with a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of solar utility and sub-station equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical components using multimeters, meggers, and amp clamps.
• Document work orders, time logs, inventory control, and emergency schedules.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in commercial/industrial O&M on solar power plants
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
• Ability to work in solo and group environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Specific solar experience with Inverters, Tracker Systems, or Sub-Stations equipment
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop laborers into Apprentices
