Description

You will lead a team of technicians producing advanced autonomous underwater vehicles for military and commercial clients. This role involves overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement to meet delivery goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years in production-oriented or electro-mechanical technician fields
• 3+ years in supervisor or production operations lead/manager role in high-volume environment
• Experience with ERP and MES systems
• Can interpret technical documentation (mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, etc.)
• Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing or 6-Sigma principles

Responsibilities

• Manage technician staff in production and delivery of hardware through factory acceptance
• Set priorities and direct daily operations, including work order issuance and completion
• Ensure safety procedures and training compliance, document EHS incidents
• Manage, coach, mentor, and support production technicians
• Lead cross-functional communication with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and quality
