You'll manage complex software implementations for enterprise clients in the life sciences R&D industry, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery using Benchling's Implementation Methodology. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration and mitigate project risks across geographically distributed teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply Benchling Implementation Methodology to drive project operations
• Liaise with customer PMOs to ensure best practices
• Lead project team and drive execution of project plan
• Handle project financials including team utilization and budget

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software implementation experience, preferably SaaS
• 2+ years of project management experience in life sciences R&D
• BA/BS in life science field or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Slack, Salesforce, MS Project)
