Description

You will join an elite global team responsible for developing and executing discretionary and semi-systematic trading strategies. You'll identify new opportunities, collaborate with Quantitative Researchers and fellow traders, and leverage Squarepoint's world-class research platform to advance analytical tools and train junior traders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 3+ years of proven trading experience in buy-side or sell-side
• Successfully built and managed trading strategies
• Strong communication skills for global collaboration
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, evaluate, and implement discretionary trading strategies
• Communicate trading strategies and risk to trading and risk management
• Collaborate with traders, analysts, and quantitative researchers globally
• Contribute to the advancement of analytical tools
• Leverage internal data and research tools, as well as external research and relationships
