💼 About This Role

You'll manage the pipeline of new data center projects, conducting feasibility assessments and overseeing due diligence for Hut 8's infrastructure expansion. Your core impact will be ensuring technical and financial viability across power, fiber, and real estate considerations. You'll work cross-functionally with legal and engineering teams to vet land acquisitions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage EPC's project pipeline and ensure no critical tasks fall through the cracks.
• Oversee feasibility assessments for new data center sites.
• Manage due diligence processes including Phase I/II ESAs and geotechnical surveys.
• Develop reports on project feasibility for the executive team.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Real Estate Development
• 1-4 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure planning, or project management
• Strong understanding of land acquisitions and permitting processes
• Experience managing due diligence for large-scale infrastructure projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in data center development highly preferred
• Experience working with utility-scale power and fiber networks
• Ability to analyze ALTA surveys, geotechnical reports, and environmental assessments
