๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage diverse account portfolios during ownership transitions
- Monitor account health to drive value and adoption
- Advise clients on maximizing Bazaarvoice solutions
- Document risks and collaborate on mitigation plans
๐ Requirements
- 1-3 years in client-facing role (CS, Sales, Account Management)
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Exceptional time management for blended interactions
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google suites
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Gainsight or Salesforce
- eCommerce or SaaS technologies background
- Scaled book of business experience
