You'll serve as a strategic client partner ensuring seamless account continuity for a dynamic portfolio. You'll drive adoption and mitigate risk to help clients achieve their business outcomes. This role offers exposure across sales, product, and marketing teams in a SaaS environment.

  • Manage diverse account portfolios during ownership transitions
  • Monitor account health to drive value and adoption
  • Advise clients on maximizing Bazaarvoice solutions
  • Document risks and collaborate on mitigation plans

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-3 years in client-facing role (CS, Sales, Account Management)
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Exceptional time management for blended interactions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google suites

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Gainsight or Salesforce
  • eCommerce or SaaS technologies background
  • Scaled book of business experience
