💼 About This Role

You'll own the top of the funnel at an AI-native B2B SaaS startup, driving demand generation, ads, social, and events. You'll shape how Altura shows up in the market, using AI tooling to automate workflows and ship campaigns fast. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to strategy and the autonomy to build the marketing engine from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run lead generation and pipeline programs end-to-end
• Lead paid acquisition strategy and execution
• Build Altura's voice on LinkedIn and social channels
• Plan and run events and webinars that create pipeline

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with demand generation ownership
• Hands-on ownership of paid acquisition and pipeline building
• Deep fluency with AI tooling: agents, automation, asset generation
• Experience running campaigns end-to-end without handoffs
