Description
As a Junior Travel Agent for business travel, you'll be the primary contact for customer inquiries, bookings, and issues via phone, chat, and email. You'll handle flight and transport bookings within our travel tool, working step by step toward complex cases. This role is ideal for career starters in tourism or candidates with customer service experience.
Requirements
- Completed tourism vocational training or comparable customer service qualification
- First experience with Amadeus or Farelogix SPRK or other booking tools preferred
- Familiarity with project management and communication tools like Zendesk, Slack, Notion
- Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken)
- Reliable, solution-oriented, organized, and able to handle stress
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, rebookings, cancellations via phone, chat, and email
- Find solutions for customer requests, progressively handling complex cases
- Provide competent support for the Lanes & Planes tool, both content and system-related
- Perform back-office tasks like creating and modifying bookings
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers during service hours
