💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy large-scale Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers like Delta Airlines and MetLife. You'll own end-to-end architecture, from discovery to deployment, driving measurable impact on customer experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities and design agentic orchestration strategies.
• Build detailed solution blueprints covering workflows, data exchanges, escalation logic, and guardrails.
• Define end-to-end Agentic AI architectures including intents, actions, tools, and integration points.
• Serve as product owner during deployment, driving priorities and validating solution behavior.

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years in Solutions Architecture or Implementation Consulting for enterprise SaaS or AI.
• Experience designing complex workflows and integrations across enterprise systems.
• Understanding of REST APIs, event-driven systems, data flows, and enterprise integrations.
• Customer-facing consulting experience with strong communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RPA, or LLM-based products.
• Hands-on experience defining business logic or decision trees for automated workflows.
• Experience with enterprises in airlines, BFSI, telecom, or large-scale customer support.
