💼 About This Role

You'll assist the Business & Legal Affairs team at a fast-growing creator economy startup. You'll conduct legal research, review contracts, and ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and platform rules. This role offers exposure to the digital influencer industry and a dynamic team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct legal research on regulations affecting the influencer industry
• Review and revise branded content and licensing agreements
• Liaise with talent management and marketing departments
• Organize and maintain a database of executed agreements

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in an accredited law school (2L or 3L preferred)
• Knowledge of contract, copyright, and entertainment law
• Excellent drafting and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Word
