💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll execution. You will manage statutory submissions, vendor coordination, and payroll controls. This role is key to scaling BJAK's operations across multiple entities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets.
• Manage statutory submissions and compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax).
• Perform payroll checks, reconciliations, and validations prior to payout.
• Process salary adjustments, promotions, bonuses, and ad-hoc payments.
• Coordinate payroll vendors and EOR providers, ensuring SLAs are met.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in payroll operations, preferably multi-country or regional.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and spreadsheets.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving ability.
