You'll drive AAA game modules through final delivery and "going gold" phases, ensuring quality and timing. You'll mentor producers, align stakeholders, and optimize workflows in a fast-paced remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end production execution during final stages of AAA game development
• Drive project roadmap completion by identifying risks and resolving blockers
• Manage and mentor Producers and Associate Producers under tight deadlines
• Collaborate with department directors to align scope, resources, and timelines

📋 Requirements

• Experience shipping at least two AA+/AAA titles as Producer or Lead Producer
• Strong expertise in production methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated leadership managing production teams in high-pressure environments
