Description

You will work with the Chief of Staff to build an AI-powered view of customer health, aggregating data from Salesforce, Slack, Gong, and Vitally to uncover insights that drive customer-centric decisions. This internship offers exposure to leadership and a chance to shape strategy using data and AI.

Requirements

• Interest in data analytics and business insights
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude)
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with data in Excel or similar platforms
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Consolidate customer engagement data from Salesforce, Slack, Gong, Vitally into a unified account health view
• Leverage AI tools to analyze data, identify patterns, and surface customer insights
• Develop frameworks to proactively identify retention risks and opportunities
• Translate customer signals into actionable recommendations for product and go-to-market teams
• Document and present findings to leadership
