💼 About This Role

You'll own the month-end close, reporting, and modeling for our corporate finance function at Temporal Technologies, a high-growth open source company. Your work will directly support CFO and board-level decisions through clear financial narratives and actionable insights. This is a high-visibility role building the FP&A foundation from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own month-end close process end-to-end with Accounting
• Produce monthly board reporting and variance analysis
• Maintain 3-statement model, cash forecast, and long-range plan
• Deliver headcount tracking and workforce reporting with People team

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in investment banking, FP&A, or Big 4 public accounting
• Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Strong understanding of three-statement modeling and flux analysis
• Experience at a high-growth technology company

• Familiarity with Pigment planning platform
• Pre-IPO tech company experience
• Consumption and SaaS metrics knowledge
