Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• One year customer service, sales, or apartment leasing preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Positive attitude and people service focus
• Willingness to learn and be coached

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building
• Complete leasing applications and move-in paperwork
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement
• Assist in marketing the property through social media and outreach
