💼 About This Role

You'll join the HOP Operations team, managing daily site operations for rapid grocery delivery. You'll ensure inventory accuracy and lightning-fast dispatch to maximize customer satisfaction. This hands-on role in a fast-paced environment allows you to see real-time impact and grow your leadership skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee order picking to meet time targets and lead dispatch area
• Unload deliveries ensuring accurate product locations and date rotations
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and conduct H&S checks
• Partner with Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure smooth operations

📋 Requirements

• Operational experience in fast-paced environments (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse)
• Performance driven with a track record of hitting goal targets
• Natural leadership with a 'lead by example' mentality
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach to improving operations
