🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the enterprise service desk team on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts and computer objects.
• Provide remote desktop support and endpoint imaging for Windows systems.
• Oversee Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams administration.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Active Directory user and computer management.
• Experience with endpoint imaging (Windows) and remote desktop administration.
