Description

You will drive profitability and efficiency by managing inventory, reducing shrink, and supporting key operational functions like shipment processing and visual merchandising. Collaborate with the Operations Visual Management team to maintain high stockroom and sales floor standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with General/Store Manager
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Champion visual standards on the sales floor
• Work with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
