You'll design and manage the sensors and components that enable our LaserWeeder and autonomous systems to navigate rugged farms. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate high-performance sensors and industrial components for 24/7 farming.
• Own the hardware lifecycle: research, vendor qualification, integration, testing, and field support.
• Drive technical relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Prototype, debug, and iterate electrical designs through hands-on testing.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as an Electrical Engineer
• Experience with LiDAR, Radar, cameras, GNSS, IMUs, PLCs, or automotive ethernet.
• Experience sourcing and qualifying components for high-reliability systems.
• Experience with Altium Designer (v18+)

• Experience with Capital (electrical harness design)
• Experience designing systems for harsh outdoor environments
• Experience with SolidWorks and Jira
