You'll lead the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across North America, ensuring alignment between commercial, product, and supply chain functions. You'll drive cross-functional decision-making balancing demand, supply, and financial objectives. This role offers the opportunity to shape S&OP maturity in a global technology company powering customer experiences for leading brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and continuously improve the NAM S&OP process, calendar, and governance.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives.
  • Lead the demand review process to ensure a consensus forecast.
  • Prepare and present consolidated S&OP outputs to executive leadership.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or S&OP/IBP roles.
  • Proven experience leading an S&OP or IBP process.
  • Strong background in cross-functional leadership within a complex organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with planning systems such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning.
  • Experience in North America markets and regional supply chain dynamics.
