You'll co-create HR strategy for Spain as a strategic partner to the CTO and Technology leadership. You'll drive talent development, performance management, and cultural change to support growth ambitions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as strategic partner to CTO and Technology leadership on talent and org design.
• Lead HR initiatives and processes aligned with people strategy.
• Coach and develop leaders to build organizational capability.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to design people programs.
• Establish and analyze HR metrics to design data-driven strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment regulations.
• Demonstrated success in designing innovative people strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
