Description

You will monitor and improve gross margins through detailed analysis of billings, costs, and metrics. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and support the services P&L forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of business operations or related experience; 8+ years in Finance or Business Operations in a technology-oriented customer experience function
• Experience in P&L forecasting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
• Proficiency in MS applications, Tableau, Jira, and Confluence; willingness to work US East Coast hours

Responsibilities

• Own and forecast the Services P&L
• Drive continuous improvements through data analytics to enhance margins
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies and process optimizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategy and resolve issues
• Report metrics, maintain dashboards, and support discount reporting
