You'll support and assist employees with network and IT issues, deploy and own the main office network, and coordinate with the Workplace, Security, and IT teams for a seamless employee experience. Your work will directly impact the reliability and security of the office network across 8 European countries. We are rated 4.8 on Trustpilot and have been profitable since 2023.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first on-site contact for network issues
• Drive vendor for network deployment and setup
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents
• Manage IT applications, accounts, and access rights

📋 Requirements

• Security-minded with network security knowledge
• IT support experience
• Problem-solving and composure
• Fluent English

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with certificate lifecycle and RADIUS/802.1X
• Experience with firewall management
• Familiarity with automation and scripting
