💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team at Hot Topic to create the best experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to step into leadership while working with a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Step in and cover the sales floor when manager is pulled away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
