As a Financial Services Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through trading tools, troubleshooting account and trading issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. This role offers the chance to learn global financial markets and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or related field preferred
1-3 years customer-facing, finance, or technology experience
Self-motivated with minimal supervision
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
In-depth understanding of stocks, options, futures, forex, crypto, fixed income

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
Guide users through trading tools and multi-asset strategies
Troubleshoot account management, funding, and trading issues
Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams
Identify process and tool improvements
