You'll drive adoption of enterprise AI solutions for customer support, partnering with sales to design and demo tailored solutions. Your core impact is running technical proof-of-concepts and implementation planning that convert prospects into customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical demos and proof-of-concept exercises for prospects
• Translate customer requirements into tailored AI solutions
• Run POC engagements as primary technical resource
• Build and modify demo applications using AI-assisted tools

📋 Requirements

• Familiarity with NodeJS/NextJS/TypeScript stack
• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor
• Experience in sales engineering or pre-sales with a track record of supporting sales outcomes
• Foundational understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure concepts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ETL tools and data integration solutions
• Background in customer support operations or CX technology
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
