You'll lead Inflight operations for a crew domicile, managing Flight Attendants to ensure operational excellence, safety, and customer service. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead initiatives to achieve on-time performance goals for the base.
• Coach and develop flight attendants to exceed performance expectations.
• Conduct fact-finding and grievance meetings and handle investigations.
• Hire and terminate flight attendants as needed.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience as a flight attendant.
• Minimum two years of experience managing people.
• Minimum one year of experience managing in a union environment.
• Valid Passport and Driver's License.
