You'll join a multi-disciplinary home health care team providing rehabilitative care to clients in Nash, Edgecombe, and Wilson counties. Your work will help patients remain at home with comfort and independence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy visits in home health settings
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare team
• Deliver rehabilitative care to maintain client independence
• Travel within assigned territory for patient visits

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as Occupational Therapy Assistant in North Carolina
• Graduate of accredited occupational therapy curriculum
• At least one year of work experience under OT supervision
