You'll design and maintain data pipelines for AI solutions supporting public safety. Your work will directly impact 911, Law Enforcement, and Fire/EMS teams. This role offers the chance to shape responsible AI at a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain data pipelines for AI and analytics use cases
• Optimize structured and semi-structured data in MySQL, Redshift, OpenSearch
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers on data needs
• Build internal tooling for data access, transformation, and quality monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of data engineering experience
• Proficiency with relational and non-relational datastores (MySQL, OpenSearch)
• Strong experience with AWS tools (S3, Glue, Lambda)
• Experience with Python data processing (pandas, PySpark)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting ML/AI pipelines
• Experience with Sisense or DBT
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
