You'll lead the India-based engineering team building an Email-as-a-Service platform for cloud contact center software. Your core impact is defining the technical architecture and growing a high-performing team. This role offers the chance to own both technical output and team health in a greenfield initiative.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define architecture for email delivery platform with IaC and reliability patterns
• Set engineering standards for Terraform, OpenStack, and Kubernetes
• Hire, onboard, and develop a senior engineering team
• Translate product requirements into technical roadmap with milestones

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years engineering experience with 2+ years as tech lead/manager
• Hands-on Terraform or OpenTofu in production at scale
• Strong command of OpenStack and/or Rancher environments
• Experience designing and operating distributed backend services

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience building email delivery or messaging platform from scratch
• Familiarity with email deliverability and large-scale SMTP infrastructure
• Experience establishing engineering teams in India
