💼 About This Role

You'll lead a logistics hub team of 30-200 Runners and 5-10 team leaders, ensuring smooth delivery operations for Picnic. You will own the end-to-end process from goods receipt to perfect customer delivery. This role offers the chance to drive KPI improvements and implement operational enhancements in a fast-growing Dutch company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and motivate a team of 70-200 Runners
• Manage end-to-end hub operations from receipt to delivery
• Create schedules and rosters for runners and team leaders
• Handle personnel queries on salary, leave, and contracts
• Drive projects to improve hub KPIs and efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of leadership experience
• MBO or HBO level of thinking (Supply Chain preferred)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Full-time availability
• Experience working with service KPIs
