You will support ASM's advanced semiconductor equipment at customer sites, ensuring tools operate safely and at peak performance. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and contributing to the technologies powering AI, 5G, and cloud computing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• EPI experience
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
• Ability to work at a customer site in Austin, TX
• No visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair semiconductor equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot tool and process issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
• Deliver customer-focused support with a safety-first mindset
• Document work performed and update service procedures
• Support process improvements and assist with customer escalations
