Description
You will lead structuring and negotiating strategic partnership agreements (embedded, reseller, channel) and support the EMEA sales team. Your focus is on delivering pragmatic legal solutions that protect Remote while enabling scaling through partners.
Requirements
- Partnership and embedded/reseller/channel agreement experience.
- Expertise in supporting commercial transactions, particularly enterprise-level SaaS agreements and global sales support.
- Solid commercial drafting skills with ability to craft clear, precise, and enforceable partnership frameworks.
- Strong working knowledge of data protection laws, especially GDPR.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, maintaining responsiveness and adaptability under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, draft, and negotiate complex partnership agreements including embedded services, channel/reseller agreements, and referral programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to structure and review partnership agreements that align with business objectives while mitigating legal risks.
- Develop and improve templates, playbooks, processes, and knowledge resources around partnership deals.
- Serve as additional legal point of contact for EMEA sales, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Provide legal training and guidance to Partnership and other GTM stakeholders.
