🎯 What You'll Do

• Fabricate prototypes and operate test systems alongside engineering.
• Improve designs through rapid iteration and refine manufacturing techniques.
• Participate in design reviews and provide manufacturability input.
• Develop and document best practices for machining and fabrication.
• Train and upskill technicians on new processes and tools.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in high-performance manufacturing or R&D environment.
• Experience with fabrication, machining, welding, or test systems.
• Understanding of aerospace-grade production/quality standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Experience developing complex systems from scratch.
