💼 About This Role

You'll join Coupang's Fair Trade Legal team to handle antitrust and fair trade compliance across all business units. You will provide legal advice on the Fair Trade Act, subcontracting law, and e-commerce regulations while managing KFTC investigations and related litigation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on fair trade compliance issues for business units
• Respond to investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission
• Handle administrative litigation appeals against KFTC decisions
• Prepare materials for KFTC on-site inspections

📋 Requirements

• Korean attorney license (변호사 자격)
• 3+ years of in-house or law firm experience in legal/compliance
• Creative problem-solving ability for new business challenges
