💼 About This Role

You'll maintain and repair pump, power, and HVAC equipment for EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions rental facility in Baton Rouge. Your work ensures reliable equipment for contractors while using our tech platform for diagnostics. You'll get year-round OEM training and work on the newest equipment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and diagnose issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, and HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and customer locations
• Maintain documentation of work performed and assist lower-level technicians

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment
• Ability to read and know schematics and calculate tonnage/kW requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain within 6-12 months)
• Trade school certificate
• Experience in equipment service, maintenance and repair
