• Design growth strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and churn reduction
• Drive fission growth via viral loops, referral programs, and network effects
• Develop AI-driven growth products based on user data and insights

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in user growth, growth hacking, or product management
• Expertise in agile product development and data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in growth analytics and translating insights into improvements
• Experience designing fission growth mechanisms like referral programs
