You'll own end-to-end interview scheduling for a fast-growing prediction market platform. Your core impact is ensuring a seamless candidate experience from first interview to offer. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers in a startup environment where things move quickly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and teams
• Coordinate complex calendars with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Keep ATS (Ashby) clean and up to date

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or similar role
• Experience scheduling interviews at scale with strong candidate communication
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail
• Strong communicator — clear, friendly emails and tough conversations
