💼 About This Role

You'll design and ship agentic-first features within Nexus Repository Manager, owned by 15 million developers and 70% of the Fortune 100. You'll spend most of your time directing and verifying multi-agent development workflows rather than hand-typing code, working alongside Staff and Principal engineers to define a new craft.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable features by driving multi-agent workflows end-to-end.
• Own features from ambiguous requirements through rollout and on-call operability.
• Focus on direction, review, evals, and testing rather than line-by-line coding.
• Contribute to internal playbooks and tooling for agentic development practices.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development with delivered production services.
• Hands-on experience orchestrating multiple agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) in parallel.
• Strong experience with Java and at least one major cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Verification-first mindset with evals, test harnesses, and review workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with DevSecOps and supply chain security (SBOMs, SCA).
• Experience with distributed systems (APIs, databases, queues).
• Deep curiosity and exploration of agentic tool limitations.
