💼 About This Role

You'll establish and lead the DevSecOps function at Playson, embedding security into a modern cloud-native environment. Your work will shape security standards and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines. This is a rare opportunity to set the standards from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish DevSecOps best practices across the Platform Tribe.
• Integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, scanning).
• Harden infrastructure: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, RBAC.
• Design and enforce AWS cloud security controls (IAM, GuardDuty).

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Engineering / DevSecOps roles.
• Strong skills in Python and Bash for security automation.
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud security (IAM, GuardDuty, encryption).
• Expertise with Terraform/Terragrunt and IaC security.

✨ Nice to Have

• Kafka or ClickHouse in security-sensitive environments.
• Familiarity with GitOps tooling (FluxCD/ArgoCD).
• Broader knowledge of SOC 2, HIPAA, or other frameworks.
