Description

You will maintain, operate, and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, performing routine maintenance, responding to tenant requests, and ensuring safe system operation. Working closely with senior engineers, you'll conduct inspections, assist with preventive maintenance, and develop your technical skills.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years related experience or trade certification
• CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Basic knowledge of laptop/phone apps for work orders and Microsoft Outlook
• Familiarity with fire/life safety equipment and procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems
• Address service requests (hot/cold calls, plumbing, lighting repairs)
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed
• Conduct property inspections and record equipment readings
• Support preventive maintenance and contractor oversight
