You'll own end-to-end CRM and retention strategy for Southeast Asia's largest digital insurance platform, driving customer loyalty and lifetime value. You'll design and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app, and WhatsApp. Your insights will directly reduce churn and boost policy renewals and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Define and own end-to-end CRM and retention strategy across customer lifecycle.
  • Design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, WhatsApp.
  • Analyze customer behavior, cohorts, funnel drop-offs to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Support to enhance customer journeys.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“7 years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing in B2C platforms.
  • Proven track record of improving retention, engagement, or renewal rates.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, segmentation, cohort analysis.
  • Experience running multi-channel CRM programs at scale.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, insurance, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets.
