Description

You will lead the Security Engineering team at Aurora to design, implement, and operate enterprise security controls, ensuring safety and risk posture. You'll translate strategy into roadmaps, drive execution, coach engineers, and serve as the technical authority for enterprise security.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in security engineering or infrastructure security
• Proven experience leading engineers as a technical lead and manager
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise security tools (e.g., Crowdstrike, MDM, DLP, SIEM)
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and cloud security (AWS)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on design and implementation of enterprise security solutions
• Define and maintain security goals and requirements for enterprise, terminal, factory, and endpoint environments
• Translate Enterprise Security strategy into executable engineering roadmaps
• Act as escalation point for security incidents and provide technical input for Safety Case
• Manage and mentor a team of technical security engineers
