You'll lead accounting operations and financial reporting for a fast-growing health-tech startup. You'll ensure audit-ready financial data and scalable processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage monthly and annual financial close under HGB
• Oversee AR/AP, invoicing, dunning, and payment approvals
• Develop operational finance processes and documentation
• Coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, and external partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Strong knowledge of HGB accounting standards
• Experience with DATEV or ERP systems
• Fluency in German and English

• Experience in tech startups or scale-ups
• First leadership experience
• Knowledge of tax regulations
