🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle movement into and out of the Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
• Coach and develop team members on performance and processes
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year supervisory experience in a production environment
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record for 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Experience in automotive reconditioning
• Lean process knowledge
• Prior training or quality control experience
