You'll provide home health visits to seniors in Montgomery County facilities, following individualized care plans. You'll make a direct impact on patient well-being with flexible scheduling and 1:1 care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs
• Perform home visits in assigned geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, and treatments
• Document observations using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Maryland
• One year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
