You'll own and improve the order-to-cash process, inventory management, and financial reporting for a fast-growing electrification startup. Your work will directly enable scalable financial operations and data-driven decision-making as the company expands. You'll partner cross-functionally with operations and accounting teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve order-to-cash process with logistics and accounting teams
• Ensure accuracy of data in internal systems for orders and fulfillment
• Support monthly close, including AP, AR, and expense reimbursements
• Analyze monthly financials and report on variances to plan

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 8+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or related function
• Inventory accounting process experience
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills
