You'll define the long-term architecture for BJAK's systems and infrastructure and lead a world-class engineering team. Your core impact will be scaling the platform across Southeast Asia while maintaining high engineering standards. We operate as a small, senior, hands-on team where engineers own features end-to-end.

• Define long-term architecture for systems, infrastructure, and developer platform
• Guide key decisions on model integration, data pipelines, and distributed systems
• Work with engineers to translate product direction into technical execution
• Build and scale a world-class engineering team across talent hubs

📋 Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in system architecture and large-scale distributed systems
• Experience building or leading high-performing engineering teams
• Ability to reason about complex systems and make pragmatic decisions
• Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with high ambiguity
