Description

You will lead implementation projects to onboard specialty care clinics onto our platform, manage customer relationships, and drive process efficiencies across areas like credentialing, IT, and supply chain. Your work directly improves patient access to specialty medications.

Requirements

• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience with specialty medication benefits, prior authorization, and financial assistance
• Ability to problem-solve and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Comfortable engaging with patients, providers, and care teams
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency for quality resolution

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing implementation calls and manage project steps
• Coordinate with sales and program managers on progress and blockers
• Manage clinic inventory, drug ordering, and supply chain efficiency
• Troubleshoot claim processing, payment issues, and equipment problems
• Support PBM audits, claims reconciliation, credentialing, and accreditation
